This slow-fermented classic Sourdough bread is made with only 3 ingredients: organic flour, filtered water, and organic salt; and shaped in a loaf for easier cutting.

It has a perfectly crusty exterior and soft, airy interior. The dough is fermented for 24 hours before baking for optimal nutrition and flavor. As always, the dough is mixed, fermented and baked in food-grade stainless steel (versus most bakeries mixing in plastic bins and baking in teflon which has PFAS). All loaves are 900g pre-bake weight.
